A trade federation wished to gain a better understanding of the needs and difficulties encountered by its members during the health crisis. It launched monthly barometers for its members in 2020 and commissioned KYU to produce them.
Beyond the health crisis, the federation decided to continue this experiment and to survey its members regularly, in order to keep in step with their stakes and expectations. A quarterly social barometer designed to be supplemented by “flash surveys” on specific topics has therefore been set up from 2021, with the support of KYU.
