As the digital sector is experiencing a strong momentum, the Regional Council of the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region wanted to create a Digital Campus dedicated to training, innovation and organisations’ digital transformation. Our role was to support the region during the scoping phase of the project and to develop scenarios for the creation of the Campus, meeting the following objectives:
Help tackle companies’ recruitment needs in the digital sector
Develop employability by offering initial and professional training in an innovative and emblematic location
Ensure the long-term viability of businesses by providing them with services and resources to enhance their competitiveness
Encourage exchanges and cross-fertilisation between researchers/companies/learners, while attracting investors
Promote new uses of digital technologies, particularly towards young people, by positioning the campus as a hub of activity
Position the region as a European digital player

Putting initial ideas and initiatives into perspective
Benchmarking comparable projects in France, Europe and the rest of the world
Development of comparative scenarios (service offering, user targets, potential partners and property requirements).
