Implementing a job and career management in your company: our cycle of dedicated webinars

Our firm has just launched its Webikeo channel to connect with a wider audience on key topics.

Our first cycle of webinars will focus on the GEPP (« Gestion des Emplois et des Parcours Professionnels ») approach.

Mandatory for companies with more than 300 employees, but relevant for structures of all sizes, GEPP consists in deploying a proactive approach to employee skills and career management. When implemented within a company, it enables better structuring and anticipation of human resources management (recruitment, professional mobility and transitions, training, etc.), while giving employees better visibility of their career paths and opportunities. Some professional branches are also addressing the issue, proposing a structured approach or tools for the companies they represent.

As a key lever at the service of companies, employees and professional branches, KYU has developed comprehensive expertise in GEPP, from the strategic structuring of the approach to its operational deployment. Drawing on our experience in various sectors and with companies of all sizes, we will run a cycle of five webinars dedicated to GEPP:

  • Launching your GEPP approach in the right conditions (taking place on September 18th, 2024 – register here);
  • Mapping your company’s skills and jobs (October 2024);
  • Designing training paths and internal mobility/transitions (November 2024);
  • Expanding your recruitment pool (2025);
  • Rethinking your people reviews (2025).

Other webinars will be held throughout the year on different themes and areas of expertise developed by our teams.
