The Campus des Métiers et des Qualifications Industries de la Mer (IndMer) wanted to obtain funding for its projects under the government’s Plan d’Investissement d’Avenir. However, this process required mobilizing some of the region’s ecosystem to set up project proposals around the training and skill needs of companies in the marine industry. The success of the project also depended on solid project management to guarantee a high level of formalization and meeting deadlines for submission.
Main achievements :
- Identified partners and led working groups
- Definition of the campus strategy with stakeholders
- Initiated a process to develop the Brevet mer diploma at national level
- Helping decision-making on the financed action plan, shared between industries and training professionals
- Participation in the project drafting
