The construction industry is pursuing its digital transformation. As part of this process, it intends to develop a diagnosis and support system for SMEs in the construction and trade sectors. The aim is to assess companies’ digital maturity in terms of tools and practices. With regard to team skills, the aim is to define an appropriate action plan with companies and support them in implementing priority actions.

Development of diagnostic or self-diagnostic tools
Analysis of companies’ business practices in various fields (sales follow-up, quotations, site follow-up, etc.).
Diagnosis of companies’ digital maturity in these different areas (use or non-use of tools, etc.).
Co-definition with the company of a realistic action plan (tool change, training, etc.) based on its needs/objectives.
Support for the company in implementing its objectives.
