In light of the major changes taking place in the social housing sector (ecological and digital transitions, growing importance of social and security issues) and the recruitment difficulties faced by social housing organisations, the Union sociale pour l’Habitat (USH) decided to update and supplement its job descriptions. The aim was to better showcase and communicate about social housing professions, and provide social housing organisations with an operational tool for building inter-professional mobility paths and drawing up job descriptions.

Drafting of job descriptions with a simplified front side for communication purposes and a detailed back side for use by HR teams
Development of a standardised skills repository
Design of a dynamic tool showing the similarities between jobs and the skills required to move from one job to another.
